Lodgify Launches Dynamic Pricing, an AI Co-Host, and a ChatGPT Direct-Booking Pilot

Lodgify rolled out five AI-driven product updates and two new subscription plans on May 12th, aimed at independent hosts running one to five properties. The launches target what Lodgify identifies as three pressure points: pricing, day-to-day workload, and visibility in AI-driven travel search. The announcement arrives as direct bookings keep losing share to platforms

Dynamic Pricing

Lodgify is integrating Beyond's market data and pricing engine directly into the platform, with rates updating automatically. The launch puts Lodgify in the same space as AirDNA's Adapt and PriceLabs; it will be available this summer.

AI Co-Host (beta) 

An always-on assistant that scans bookings, messages, and upcoming stays, then flags only what needs a host's decision. It runs inside the Lodgify platform plus WhatsApp and iMessage. Early access is open, with capabilities rolling out across the summer.

ChatGPT direct-booking pilot 

Lodgify is testing a direct connection between host websites and ChatGPT. When a guest describes a stay, ChatGPT can match them to a Lodgify host's listing and route them to that host's direct booking page, commission-free.

Lodgify MCP

A Model Context Protocol connector that lets hosts plug ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI agents into their Lodgify account to read bookings, update settings, and trigger workflows in natural language. Waitlist open; early access this summer.

Calendar gap-finder

A new scan that surfaces bookable gaps and orphan nights hidden by minimum-stay rules. Live for new customers, expanding to all Lodgify hosts this summer.

Lodgify also opened two new tiers: Lodgify Basic, an entry-level paid plan with listing sync and a unified inbox, and Lodgify Direct, a free AI-built direct booking site with no PMS subscription. The free plan mirrors Hospitable's Essentials launch from earlier this spring.

What's Live and What's Coming

Only the calendar tool and the new plans are available to all hosts today. Dynamic Pricing, AI Co-Host, the ChatGPT pilot, and MCP all carry summer 2026 timelines, and most start as waitlists or beta. 

The ChatGPT direct-booking pilot is the most novel piece of the bundle, since few competitors have shipped a comparable route from AI travel search straight to a host's direct booking page. It's one of the first concrete moves to connect independent hosts directly to AI travel search. Expect more detail on how it performs as Lodgify expands the pilot this summer
