Casago has inked a partnership with Breezeway to tighten property operations and improve the guest experience.
The deal equips Casago franchisees and local teams with Breezeway’s operations software built to handle the unglamorous but critical tasks that keep vacation rentals running smoothly. That means automated housekeeping and maintenance scheduling, digital welcome books, safety workflows, messaging systems, and secure smart lock codes.
For Casago, this is another way to provide consistency at scale. Breezeway’s mix of automation and personalization is designed to ensure that properties are not only well cared for but also deliver the kind of stays that drive repeat bookings. Franchise operators get streamlined back-end workflows, while guests see cleaner homes, faster responses, and better-prepared spaces.
Casago CEO Steve Schwab framed the move as another step in marrying “local hospitality with world-class systems,” saying the integration frees operators to focus less on logistics and more on delivering standout service. Breezeway founder Jeremy Gall highlighted the shared vision of raising standards across short-term rentals, calling hospitality “quality work completed by a dedicated network of service providers and team members.”
The partnership is the latest in a series of moves positioning Casago as a heavyweight in the STR space. In recent months, the company has acquired Vacasa, expanded in San Diego with more than 150 coastal homes, and absorbed Bolivar Vacations’ 90-property Gulf Coast portfolio. It also named Wheelhouse its exclusive revenue management partner in July.
Casago continues to expand its footprint and partner with best-in-class technology. By giving local operators access to enterprise-grade tools like Breezeway, Casago aims to balance scale with the local expertise and guest-first focus that remain critical differentiators in a crowded market.
