Hospitable Launches Built-In Dynamic Pricing With No Extra Fees

Hospitable just became the first PMS to launch fully embedded dynamic pricing at no additional cost.

This new feature is built into the Hospitable platform – with no third-party software or extra fees required. It’s part of the company’s broader push to evolve into a full-blown “short-term rental super app.”

What Hosts Get

  • Full automation: Smart, hyperlocal pricing powered by real-time market data.
  • Live sync: Seamlessly updates rates across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Agoda, and your direct booking site.
  • Flexible strategy controls: Hosts can adjust how aggressive or conservative they want to be, set rules, or override recommendations on the fly.
  • Heatmap view: See live market demand trends directly inside your calendar.
  • Full visibility: 30-day preview of pricing trends before activation, with full access to 24 months of insights unlocked once activated. But for this first month after launch, Hospitable is giving all customers access to the full 24-month preview without needing to activate the solution.

Why It Matters

Pricing has been a major challenge for STR operators – especially in 2025. New data from Hospitable’s upcoming industry report shows:

  • 57.2% of hosts say they’re struggling to hit occupancy targets
  • 28.9% say pricing is their top operational challenge

Hospitable’s built-in tool aims to close that gap by making revenue optimization easy, smart, and hands-off. Hosts can still set base rates, min/max limits, and take manual control when needed – but the system handles the heavy lifting.

Who Gets It

Every Hospitable user across Host, Professional, or Mogul plans has access.
