RMS Integrates With ResDiary to Simplify Guest Reservations

New integration between RMS and ResDiary connects room reservations with restaurant dining.

RMS has announced a new integration with ResDiary, giving hotels, motels, and short-term rental operators a single system to manage both room and dining reservations.

The partnership connects RMS’s property management platform with ResDiary’s restaurant booking tools, allowing guests to make restaurant reservations when booking their stay. Operators can leverage this tool to provide a better guest experience and create opportunities to capture additional revenue.

For operators, the integration cuts down on fragmented workflows and missed upsell opportunities. “Non-integrated systems frequently mean extra work, missed revenue, and a fragmented guest experience,” said Adam Seskis, CEO at RMS. “Our integration with ResDiary provides a practical solution that allows operators to manage rooms and restaurant bookings effortlessly in one place.”

Martin Verdon-Roe, GM at ResDiary, added that the integration makes the entire stay “effortless and well-connected,” reinforcing a more personalized and predictable guest experience.

The system also supports GDPR compliance through built-in audit trails, giving operators transparency into every reservation action while simplifying accounting and providing deeper insights into guest behavior.

Future updates will add advanced booking validation and real-time availability alerts, helping operators further optimize service delivery and stay ahead of operational challenges.

With the rise of integrated hospitality tech, the RMS-ResDiary partnership signals a continued push toward unifying guest experiences under one digital umbrella.
