RMS announced a new integration with Epos Now at the World Travel Market in London, connecting its property management platform with the cloud-based point-of-sale provider to unify guest billing and improve operational efficiency across hotels, motels, STRs, and campgrounds.
The integration syncs transactions in real time, reducing manual data entry and reconciliation errors. Operators gain a single view of guest spend across rooms, food and beverage, and other services, improving reporting accuracy and coordination between departments.
RMS CEO Adam Seskis said the integration “brings greater efficiency and clarity to daily operations,” helping teams complete billing faster and deliver a smoother guest experience. Epos Now COO Richard Nolan added that the partnership provides “real-time insights into key performance data,” enabling businesses to make better decisions and maintain service consistency.
The collaboration expands RMS’s growing ecosystem of third-party integrations, which includes payments, access control, and communication tools, reinforcing its goal of offering a connected platform that simplifies hospitality operations at scale.
