PriceLabs announced that it has become the most integrated revenue management platform in the short-term rental industry, now connecting with 161 property management systems (PMSs) worldwide. The Chicago-based company hit the milestone after adding 18 new integrations this year, broadening its reach across both vacation rentals and hotels.
For hosts, this means PriceLabs connects directly with their PMS without the need for manual data entry or exports. Pricing, availability, and rule changes sync automatically, while dynamic pricing, occupancy-based rules, and minimum-stay settings are pushed in real time to Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com.
Richie Khandelwal, co-founder and president of PriceLabs, said the milestone represents more than just a technical achievement. “This is about democratizing best-in-class revenue management and creating an ecosystem where even the smallest operator using a regional PMS can access the same sophisticated tools as the industry’s biggest players,” he noted.
The company also maintains direct channel connections with Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, creating a unified system that gives hosts full control over pricing across both PMS platforms and OTAs.
With this infrastructure in place, PriceLabs is positioning itself as a critical layer in the STR tech stack. Dynamic pricing is no longer reserved for the top of the market. Small and mid-sized hosts now have access to the same automation, data, and portfolio-level controls regardless of which PMS they use.
