Hospitable has unveiled a new global education initiative for short-term rental operators. The company’s latest project, Hospitable Academy, delivers free courses designed to help both individual hosts and professional property managers sharpen their skills and build sustainable businesses.
The launch comes at a time when the STR industry continues to professionalize. Today's hosts are expected to handle everything from pricing and growth strategies to check-ins and guest experience, often independently and without formal training. Hospitable Academy aims to close that gap with bite-sized, actionable courses open to everyone, regardless of what software they use.
The Academy’s debut course, The Shift from Long-Term to Short-Term Rentals, delivers an 18-lesson roadmap across six chapters. It covers market analysis, property selection, daily operations, and portfolio scaling, all broken down into 30-minute sessions designed for immediate application.

More courses are already in development, including modules on listing optimization across booking platforms and direct-booking marketing strategies. New content will be added regularly, giving both new and seasoned hosts an ongoing pathway to improve income, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
