Casago has added three more former Vacasa markets to its franchise network, announcing the transition of St. Augustine, Amelia Island, and St. Simons Island to Casago First Coast.
The markets are now owned and operated by Impact Holdings, a family-run hospitality company with more than 40 years of experience. Casago First Coast is led by Jatin Kanji, a North Florida native, alongside the Impact Holdings leadership team. The group has built and operated hospitality, residential, and consumer service businesses across Florida for decades.
"At Impact, we believe the best service comes from operating in regions we truly know, and Northeast Florida and Coastal Georgia are home turf for us," Kanji said.
Existing field teams remain in place, and homeowners will see no changes to their management agreements or fees. Agreements will be assigned to Casago First Coast, with the transition designed to keep operations running smoothly for both homeowners and guests.
The move follows Casago's acquisition of Vacasa and fits within its broader franchise-first strategy, which replaces centralized management with locally owned operators backed by national systems and support. It's the latest in a string of post-Vacasa conversions that includes Daytona Beach, San Diego, Coeur d'Alene, and the Bolivar Peninsula.
Casago CEO Steve Schwab said the expansion reflects the company's core thesis. "Vacation rentals have always been a relationship business, and the closer decisions are made to the homes themselves, the better the outcomes are for homeowners, guests, and local teams."
