Boom has announced a new integration with Beyond, adding dynamic revenue management directly into its AI-powered property management system. The move links Beyond’s pricing intelligence with Boom’s operational automation, giving STR managers a single system that can set rates, push updates to channels, and execute daily tasks without manual work.
Combining Pricing Strategy With Automated Execution
With the integration, Beyond’s dynamically priced recommendations flow into Boom and distribute across all connected channels automatically.
Both companies say the change removes the friction that typically slows down revenue management. Boom CEO Shahar Goldboim noted that revenue is “one of the most powerful levers in operations,” arguing that combining pricing strategy with Boom’s automation enables managers to act quickly and stay competitive. Beyond’s VP of Product, Gerard Murphy, said the partnership puts “dynamic pricing and execution on the same rail,” ensuring rate decisions convert into live guest-facing prices in real time.
The news follows a period of rapid expansion for Boom. In October, the company introduced BAM, an autonomous agent designed to handle guest messaging, reporting, and review management with limited manual oversight. Boom also closed a $12.7 million funding round led by Avenue Growth Partners to accelerate product development and international scaling.
Beyond is advancing its own AI capabilities with Neyoba, an assistant built to surface performance insights and help operators interpret market trends. The tool draws on more than a decade of pricing data and is designed to support managers navigating increasingly volatile demand patterns.
