The redesigned portal lets hosts customize the guest experience with logos, colors, and custom domains (ex: MyBeachHouse.com), ensuring a consistent look across Direct Booking websites, Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo. This results in a streamlined guest journey, delivering a more professional and personalized interaction from booking to checkout.

- Automated Upsells
Hosts can now offer extras like early check-ins, late checkouts, local excursions, or curated add-ons (firewood, etc) directly through the portal. Hospitable’s AI suggests and inserts offers into guest communications, while hosts control pricing, images, and descriptions. - Streamlined Deposits & Verification
Security deposits are automatically collected two days before check-in and released two days after checkout. Built-in ID verification and chargeback protection keep transactions secure with minimal admin work. - Integrated Rental Agreements
Rental agreements now flow seamlessly into the booking process. Hosts can collect guest phone numbers, vehicle details, and more through customizable fields. Optional ID verification is available for $2 per reservation for added screening.
