Hospitable just launched Copilot, a new AI-powered assistant that helps hosts quickly understand what's going on in their business – without digging through dashboards, spreadsheets, or guest messages.
Available to users on the Mogul plan, Copilot lets you ask questions like:
- “What’s the most common complaint in my guest reviews?”
- “Which of my listings underperformed last month?”
- “How is occupancy trending across my properties?”
The tool responds instantly with specific, data-backed answers from your properties. It’s designed to replace time-consuming manual work with fast, actionable insights.
What It Actually Does
Unlike most AI tools that operate in isolation or require heavy setup, Copilot connects with all the core areas of your business:
- Performance Metrics: Flags trends or outliers in occupancy, revenue, or guest behavior.
- Guest Reviews: Analyzes sentiment to highlight recurring issues or praise.
- Team Management: Spots potential breakdowns in task completion or cleaner performance.
- Forecasting: Surfaces trends and gaps before they hurt your calendar or income.
And the more you use it, the smarter it gets – learning from your listing patterns, custom rules, and guest types to give more personalized responses over time.
According to Hospitable CEO Pierre-Camille Hamana, that’s the whole point:
“Hosts are expected to be analysts, marketers, customer service reps, and ops managers all at once – and they’re drowning in data… Copilot connects the dots, highlights what matters, and helps you make sharper decisions, faster.”
Currently, Copilot is focused on analysis and insight. In future updates, it’s expected to take actions directly – like reassigning a task automatically.
Our Take
Most tools give you data, but not insight. By allowing hosts to ask questions in plain English and get instant answers tailored to their business, Copilot helps turn passive data into proactive strategy.
This launch fits into much larger changes underway at Hospitable. The company’s been expanding from a traditional PMS into what it’s calling a “STR super app,” and they’ve been shipping new features at an impressive pace.
Copilot follows closely behind the launch of built-in dynamic pricing with no third-party tools or extra fees. And it complements a broader ecosystem of recent releases: Auto Inbox for smart guest messaging, Guest Summaries for at-a-glance guest review history, Sentiment Detection to flag risky messages, and Knowledge Hub to upload property-specific rules and information.
Hospitable seems to be creating a system based around fewer tools and smarter workflows that adapts to how you run your business – not the other way around.
For operators focused on scaling or improving efficiency, the shift from analysis paralysis to instant clarity could be a major unlock.
