Guesty Rolls Out an AI Revenue Management Agent

A new AI layer inside the PMS targets revenue leaks operators might be missing

Guesty is deepening its AI footprint with the launch of a new AI Agent for Revenue Management, a tool designed to sit inside its PMS and surface the specific pricing, availability, policy, and content issues that quietly drag down revenue. 

The move comes as competition intensifies in the STR software market and operators look for systems that can consolidate their tech stack. Guesty is positioning this agent as a built-in intelligence layer that replaces the mix of third-party pricing tools, spreadsheets, and manual checks many managers still rely on.

The company says the agent requires no configuration and immediately analyzes real booking behavior, market signals, and listing performance to deliver ranked actions that prevent revenue loss and strengthen listing visibility. The idea is to give operators a single, integrated view of the inputs that influence revenue, instead of forcing them to stitch together insights from multiple tools.

This launch is part of Guesty’s broader multi-agent AI strategy. In 2026, the company plans to expand its AI suite deeper into operations, messaging, automation, and portfolio-level analytics. Guesty argues that its dataset, built from more than a decade of STR booking activity across millions of stays, gives it the scale needed to power more accurate, context-specific recommendations.

Leadership says the company has spent the last two years strengthening its data infrastructure and working closely with operators to identify the recurring performance problems that suppress revenue but often go unnoticed. The new agent is designed to address those issues with targeted actions and is built to scale across everything from single-property hosts to enterprise portfolios.

The release reflects a broader industry trend, with PMS platforms shifting toward embedded AI systems that sit at the operational core rather than standalone add-ons. Guesty frames this agent as an early step toward a unified AI operating layer across its platform, which currently supports more than 500,000 properties in over 100 countries.
