Jodi is the owner of Timber Rock Village and Chair of the Vacation Rental Management Association’s (VRMA) board of directors. She has spent nearly three decades in the vacation rental industry, starting as a hot tub technician for her parents' company before co-founding Taylor-Made Deep Creek Vacations in 2008, which grew into Deep Creek Lake's largest vacation rental business. She scaled and sold the company in 2021 and launched a custom-built vacation rental community, Timber Rock Village. Refosco has held multiple leadership roles within the Vacation Rental Management Association, and loves sharing her knowledge and experience with other property managers.
