Deccanhost is great.
-its free, you just participate in an awsome community every month, or put up a banner
-its easy to use, and if you dont get it, someone will help you out

By far the best free host our there. I got my application reviewed within a few hours, and my hosting was ready even before DNS changes were made on my domain. The admin of this site is really nice, every question you have he will answer and he even gave me a custom plan for my high traffic site. I highly recommend Deccan Host for anyone, weather you have a small personal site, or if you plan to grow big, this is the host to do it with.
