my host is "down", my site gone, acehost is not recieveing email or phone calls, ALL mailboxes are "full". They have my domain name locked up with NO explaination and are rejecting ALL communication

They are not very good with the connecting their business/billing and technical services. Tech support is good, but there is no phone number available. I renewed my domain name well in advance and they charged me twice and the domain sill expired anyway.

Ditto...Just not good enough. Anybody know anything?
