I have a dedicated server (business) and a shared hosting account (personal) with ArielHost, and I have found them to be extremely helpful. I had to move my shared hosting site from another provider, and they actually did it for me for free. Their support has been awesome the few times we've had to use them, and they seem to be pretty proactive in fixing issues; for example, they noticed a mis-configuration on my site and actually contacted _me_ first. I thought that was outstanding. Overall, this is the best host I have ever used. If I had to say one drawback, it would be that sometimes in the mid-evening, the speed of my site goes down a bit (still a tolerable level though).
