All the workers at silentflame are excellent, from the receptionists to the online support people, their managing director is very approachable as well, when he is not playing golf.

While my site intially had very intermittant uptime, it has been moved to a new server, and I have had no problems since (several months, as of Oct 2005).
The Customer Service side is exemplary, and the prices are way below what I'd be willing to pay for what I am getting.
