I was very new to the whole hosting bit, webhosting ideas were able to help me out. I had a few problems with getting my site up and the staff at webhosting ideas were more then happy to help me out.
I would rate their support and friendly service 10/10.

Web Hosting Ideas was a host from many. I have been using it since its early times. I have watched the site grow and seen the speed of their servers increse dramaticly. They offered great support when I needed it most. Hosting with them is a must!

I used this host until I got offered free hosting by a friend. While being a customer I got excellent support and just some small problems came and it was easily fixed by one in the support team. I can easily say it's a great host.
