I connected with cyber1 about 3 months ago now when my CS (counterstrike clan - online computer game) needed a website. i started off with there "Intermediate Plan" which was 500mb when i started.
im not very online serverside smart and had troubles setting it up and getting index.html to work !!
The support was great, i can sms email msn basically do whatever to get in contact with cyber1 staff when i stuff it up.
Since i have connected they have doubled there diskspace and extended the bandwidth (for my plan).
They have added a Chat with staff feature which is basically WEBmsn.
And when i accidently deleted my space. (deleted public_html) they were able to copy paste it all back on for me.
Since then i now own 3 seperate accounts with cyber1 and they have been great.
- Alot better then my past useage thru telstra who i was paying nearly 50 a month for 50mb.

Starting a buisiness in this world is never an easy process and wanting to run my own high end company I required a server which was stable, fast AND reliable. I was a little bit hesitent joinning cyber1 at first..
I mean here was this new company with barely any information on it but I figured the only way anyone was going to give my business a chance is if I give other new businesses the same opportunity. I signed up and within 24 hours I had a fully functional account setup!
Since then I have had nothing but satisfaction with cyber1. The team is helpful, kind, curteous and even enjoy the odd social discussion when they have the time bringing their customer involvement to a standard of which I have never seen before.

I'm very impressed with Cyber1 after changing from my old web provider. I have enjoyed fantastic uptime & unbelievable value for money (check their plans - I'm on Reseller1).
I really recommend this host!
Also, their support is great too - The owner even took time to add me on MSN and sorted out every problem that came along.

I have been with cyber1 for nearly 2 months now and they have been great, very quick to reply to enquiries and they always check (via MSN chat) to see how I was going with my the hosting and if there was anything else I needed.
I choosed them for the price and quick respone time with my many initial enquiries.

Fantastic support and setup, friendly staff, speed from the server is excellent and the storage and bandwidth are unbelievable for the price! Haven't had a single problem.
