I am currently embroiled in an argument with these guys (or guy, it may be a 1 man setup) due to them being unable to set up a shell account for me. I followed their initially prompt directions on how to credit my account with them from Paypal, but after two weeks I was still left with no shell access and they became extremely slow in answering emails, so I decided to cancel.
Now they're telling me that they can't issue refunds, so as it stands they have just taken my money and ran. So if you're considering Phurix, I hope you think again and take your business elsewhere.
