This host company had repeated problems with email that led to our organization making a decision to take our business elsewhere. When I notified them of our intent, it finally got their attention and they begged for us to stay (I've kept the emails). I was firm in my demand that they unlock our domains so we could transfer them. Now I need an authentication code from them since these are .org domains and they refuse to answer my support ticket even though it's been opened three times. I tried calling the only phone number they post and they refused to provide any assistance whatsoever. Their only solution was to submit another ticket, even though they have not responded to the ticket I already have open. We have had nothing but problems out of this company since day 1. I am an IT professional with 20 years of experience in senior management and this is one of the worst vendor experiences I can recall. As of this moment I still have no resolution and feel like our domain names are being held hostage. If you look at the postings on this site it is clear that many customers have issues with this provider, and their responses indicate to me they are in denial and obviously believe they can do nothing wrong. I intend to go to every review site I can find and make sure this warning beacon is put out to all who read it... STAY AWAY FROM SEEKDOTNET.COM!!! If you don't you will regret it!!
