Over the past 9 years, I've had my share of hosting providers who promise 99% uptime and the World's best support. You and I both know that's hard to come by. I switched to Voltage Hosting over 2 years ago and I have nothing but high regard for not only their service, but their helpful and knowledgeable support staff. When a problem arises, they're there to help and take care of your needs.

Where to i begin? ive been with these guys for about 4 months and if theres going to be any downtime which there hardly is! they let you know well in advance so you can expect it and when there is downtime it isnt for long and like i said it hardly happens. Also not only is there nearly always someone online to help me out they also get right to the problem and you would think you would have to pay alot of money to get this service but they prices are one of the chepeast ive found and especially for the service, so if your reading this, this is your company!!!! i suggest you sign up now!!

I would reccomend Voltage Hosting. Let me share my experiences: A few weeks back they lost all my data and were unable to recover it. However, they worked with me afterwards and gave me a very reasonable plan upgrade as an effort to compensation. In addition they are very reasonable when it comes to billing and have worked with me to handle late payments without fuss or account suspension or multiple occasions. I really do appreciate that. In addition there support is very speedy in responses to tickets and is often available on AIM.
