SorStream was a very dependable company in the beginning when we first signed up with them. Now their service is so bad I can't get anyone to even call me back. In fact, I haven't spoken with anyone over at SorStream for over 6 months even though I leave countless messages.
My server hosted with them is down about one day a month and, of course, I always have to find out on my own and then call them over and over until magically the sites are up and running again by the end of the day. Again without anyone calling me to let me know what happened or that they are up and running again.
I'm surprised these guys are still in business and would never recommend them to anyone!

SorStream Communications came to me and asked if I needed better hosting. They pointed out the problems I had with my past host and indicated they did not have such problems. I switched. I was moved over from my old host in no time. Not only did they test it first, but they did it 2 or 3 times to make sure they got everthing. WOW! Once moved, they helped me every step of the way. They are running all the latest and greatest tools and utilities. CPanel, etc. They have datacenters throughout the US from East to West. I have been moved, upgraded without any questions asked. If there is a problem, they get it fixed. They gave me their AIM for contact purposes. I have a cell phone number for one of the head guys to call if their is a problem or question. They have the answers for me quickly. They fix problems quickly.
