Idologic is an interesting company with an amazing reputation. Awarded the prestigious Honest Host Award for reliability, Idologic has earned itself a very loyal client base.

I finally decided on Idologic and I couldn't be happier. Heck, I'm so happy that I'm spending my precious time writing a this review about them.
I own a web design firm and I love having the ability to host our client's sites, but being a designer, I am admittedly unknowledgeable about servers and extremely technical stuff.
Consequently, I have had to contact the support staff at Idologic numerous times with often inane questions, but they've always been extremely patient and gracious and helpful. No matter what time or day that I submit a ticket, they always respond within an hour or so. Usually, it's just a matter of minutes.
I think I'm inspired to write this review because I've recently had to find hosting for a client and I had a nightmare experience trying to set up an account with another host. They didn't respond to my support tickets for over 24 hours and when they did they were very rude. The prompt and professional support at Idologic has really spoiled me.
It showed me what a gem I have with Idologic, so I thought I'd share the love.

I've been with Idologic.com for more than a year now, and couldn't say anything bad about them.
I searched their reviews on WHT recently and I did not see one bad thing mentioned about them, every review from a length of one week to over a year, and every singler person said good things about them.
I found Idologic when a hosting company I worked for sold to them, and my domains were transferred, and they worked with me to get my domains transferred.
Idologic isn't the cheapest web host out there by any means, but you do get what you pay for. My uptime has been great, and I'd say it has been over 99%, and my site hasn't gone down in months.
After sending them a list of scripts I wanted to install, and asking if it'd work, only one did. I had a problem installing it so Idologic installed the script for me (without a charge) that I couldn't install with my access. How many companies will do that (for free)? They changed root files and such to get it to work. The whole thing took about one day from the first email to the last.
I have worked with several web hosting companies as an administrator and their service is by far some of the best (I keep my personal web sites with them).
DH (their tech guy) and Jeff (their business guy) are both amazing, and helpful. They have gotten another tech as well (Can't recall his name), but he seems very good. I have never had a billing issue with them, and their technical support rarely takes more than an hour to get a reply, and rarely takes long to solve the issue.
I'd refer anyone looking for a reseller account (I hear good things about their dedicated servers as well) to them in an instant.
So, in conclusion, kudos Idologic! Another year of me being a client to come!

I had been with BlueWho for more than a year. Before I left I had connectivity issues with their email server for at least a couple of months. These problems had progressively gotten worse (for me at least). With the inexplicable loss of hours worth of emails each day and less than 50 emails received where I normally would receive 1,000+ emails on one domain alone, I reached the conclusion I needed a new host immediately.
I went with idologic and had everything transferred to their servers quickly and without problems (thanks guys!). Propogation is moved along nicely and speeds seemed perfectly fine. Had a number of questions for them (principally due to my lack of knowledge in some areas) and idologic took care of me with great speed and care.
This was one of the companies I look at before I went with BlueWho ... now I see why I had them on my list in the first place.

Seems like when things are going well, it's easy to forget to give kudos where they are deserved -- and Idologic does deserve kudos.
After spending quite a bit of time on WHT evaluating potential resellers last December, I finally decided to go with Idologic because of their other excellent reviews. They were very quick to answer my pre-sale questions, and they offered a package I believed could work for my needs. They have not disappointed me!
In my first week or two I was FULL of questions. I think I must have emailed support at least once a day if not more frequently. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a response, and, although my questions sometimes took a bit of an email exchange to get answered, they were all resolved in a very timely and satisfactory fashion; almost like participating in a chat.
The folks at Idologic are knowledgable and attentive (and patient!). I've been happy with the quality of service, as well as the uptime. I'd recommend Idologic for anyone's short-list of reliable and high-quality reseller hosts. :)

What can I say, if you're not a customer of theirs, you can't understand how passionate they are about what they do. Always on the ball, always very informative, always very quick, always very polite. I really couldn't ask for more in a hosting company.
In the past 6 months I don't recall any downtime (if there was downtime, it was so minimal that I didn't notice).
There's not really much else to say. I wish I could say something bad about them or tell a story in which they've treated me poorly...but they haven't.
It's nice not having to worry if your servers down. What's even more reassuring is knowing that if your server is down, someone will be there working to get it back up like it was their own.
I'd go as far to say that Idologic is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Not just hosting companies, any company. They've gained my trust, and in this day and age, that's an awesome accomplishment.
Also, I'd like to give special credit to DH at Idologic. While everyone on their team is extremely helpful, I've had the most contact with DH and he is truly a superb individual.
Here's to another extremely amazing year Idologic.
