Based on this year (2006) the service gets 10/10. I've been with them over 13 months, I've had sites (non-domain sites) with many other typical free providers - even then I cherrypicked what I thought was the best - this blows them all out of the water - even the other ad-free ones.
The service I get for free is worth much more then that, and I'm sure that no paying customer can complain either. No worries.

This host goes out of the way to get you online. Help and support are provided swiftly to enable problem solving. The included options enable easy manipulation of settings.

We have moved our hosting provider from a host that was lacking in the support and the uptime that we were looking for. Our discussion board has over 600 members and we require an excellent uptime from a provider. From the initial contact with iContact-Hosting, our site was moved over to the new host on the same day and the database restored within 2 hours from moving. The support staff has been excellent and always contactable. the uptime is exactly what we're looking for in a host.
the prices are not exorbitant and is far less than what we were paying previously, it just proves less is often more.
we highly recommend this host, especially to local australian hostees.
