I have been through MANY web host, and have finally found one that I will stick with. They have a very courteous customer support staff, reliable service, and very attractive packages that will fit a wide variety of needs. Very affordable, I highly recommend. I have been absolutely pleased with Lucnet Solutions.Any concerns are addressed quickly and professionally.I couldn't ask for better!I have definitely experienced worse,much worse with some of the bigger hosting companies,whom will leave unnamed.Don't hesitate,Lucnet is great!

Customer service is horrible. First, the change nameservers without notifying anyone. Then they claimed the emailed all their customers. Obviously, the didn't notify us. After they were notified that we didn't receive an email, the told us it was posted on their boards. Since then, the website has been down at least 5 times. They have no phone number to call, just an email. Stay with the larger hosting companies. We are currently in the process of moving this website to our larger hosting company. Stay away!!!

After one host just disappeared, and another host lost his server for not paying his bills (with mine and all of his other customer's money), and I was left hanging with no business tech support site and my programmer out of town, a friend sent me here to your company.
The price was great, but the service and support was even greater!
Not only did the representative that helped me stay up half the night assisting me with setting up my account, but he helped me select a great format, an even better template, and even helped mod it for me - including even changing the colors of the fonts for me. Then he totally shocked me by contacting early the next morning and helped me even more!
I don't know where you found that gentleman, but if this is typical employee behavior for your company - then you have my business and my gratitude from now on!
Giving the customer extra service does not even begin to describe how much you guys stepped in and saved my day.
BTW..now that my programmer is back...I have instructed him to only do business with your firm for all of my company's hosting needs, and he will be contacting you in the future.
I can not possibly thank you folks enough - you were there for me and I won't ever forget that.
You guys are the best!!
