We've been hosting our web site at Boston Datacenters since November. The customer service is outstanding. I get responses to my tickets literally within minutes. The staff is great - very helpful.
The monthly charge for hosting is higher than the "low-cost cheap" hosting services out there, but you get what you pay for.
It's too bad that the scale only goes to 10...because Boston Datacenters is a 10+.
