Horrible. Absolutely the worst host ever.
When I first started with Xenhosting a year ago, they were awesome. They had someone on AIM almost all the time to help, the support would answer within 24 hours, and the prices were low. Now, a year later, I tried to sign up a new account for another site I was doing, and it took a week to get my login information. Then I had some questions about getting my own DNS and what-not, and it's been 3 weeks and STILL not a reply. I cancelled my payments for the first site I signed up for *the one from a year ago* 2 motnhs ago and they still haven't shut it down.
Despite what positive reviews say... if there are any... DO NOT USE THIS HOST!

Strangely, considering the comments before me, I've never had a problem with Xen - their support has been timely, their help with issues comprehensive, and the issues I have needed help with were rare and related almost entirely to billing concerns.

Many problems:
Server offline at least once a day.
Server is a P4 not a dual xeon
Emails and support takes ages (i have a ticket from a fortnight ago unreplied)
Every night mysql is down for at least an hour.
And yet, 3 months ago they were the best web host ever.

I used to be with Xen, when they were great. They used to have 24 hour support, and be 100% reliable. However, they seemed to have stopped watching over everything- you often can't get support for days, and when the server does go offline, even when it comes back, you can have massive DNS problems for hours afterwards (the server responds, but your domain does not). I no longer recommend this host, since the owners don't seem to watch over it as much as they should. It's a shame... I no longer host my site with them. If they started to offer quicker support for their customers, and updated the news on their site (latest news was on Jun 13 on their homepage) maybe I would recommend this host again.

I have REALLY been having problems with this site. I do not see why the Customer rating is 9.2 on this when they are one of the worst hosting companies I have ever delt with. I guess you get what you pay for!
Right now my sites have been locked out for almost 2 weeks, I am losing money! Customers are leaving me and I am leaving them.
They suck! Worst customer service I have ever seen. I can send them 100 emails for support and sometimes get no replies for days at a time. There is no number to call and no set support times!
Not the way a busines should be run!
