Downtime & problems all the time. Far from being good host. My websites are offline for days now & my clients getting pissed on me cause they don't do their job good. I'm leaving.

Everything seems to be going good now, they replied to my support tickets after 2 days ... but that was because of the overflow of tickets the host received. We did experience huge downtime during the migration! i will still recommend this host a 9/10 if they provide the same prices as before but for the downtime n slow support i give them a 7 only because it was the migration and XENHOSTING was not responsible for the downtime, it was there datacenters fault

Xen used to be a great host, but unfortunately they seem to have gone downhill.
I switched away from Xen back in April. There was a temporary server overload due to a faulty PHP script on my account. Without giving me notice enough to rectify the situation, they quickly took my website down. They did not bring it back for more than one full week! Plus, I couldn't even log in!
That was, of course, completely unacceptable and I quickly switched hosts. However I still had one problem - Xen had all my website files and they refused to give them back. Days passed and I received no responses from support despite my constant e-mails.
What kind of host does that?
During the course of the downtime, I had put up a temporary page hosted on a different host. So I asked my site visitors to petition Xen by sending them e-mails asking that they return my data. My hope was that the constant flow of e-mails would annoy them and clog their inbox and thus my data would be returned to me. Thankfully, it worked.
Other than that, I used to love Xen because of their uniquely inexpensive plans. But they have since downgraded their plans, so they are no longer on my list of recomended hosts.

Xenhosting.com started out fine but slowly more and more bad uptime. Currently my site has been down for 3+days it still isnt back up :|

My site has been having downtime for the last 2 days and i have emailed them twice, not once was an email replied, This is only the first time ive had major downtime, the other downtime were due to some script a client had on their site that caused down time. This is an alright host but not the best, if they had more time to email back or provide more information about what the problem is on their main site then it would be a good host. They dont have much downtime but it does come once in a month and lasts no longer then 1-3 hours. If they improve their services and reply to my emails i will post another review but for now i give a rating of 5.
