Thier support staff is impossible to get a hold of. They do not respond to trouble tickets through thier ticketing system, and it takes 2-5days to get a responce from thier support email address.
I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. Lack of support and unreliability of thier hosts make them a bad choice. Recently they also had a system failure in which all customer data was lost on the server and thier responce was "sorry". I recommend paying an extra $2-5/month for a host that has reachable technical support.
