Totally unreliable. No respect for customers. Lousy Service. Plenty of downtimes. Anything than can go wrong will go wrong and they simply don't care.

This company is very poor at customer service. Don't take my word for it, visit Web Hosting Talk forums. They have the largest complaint thread of all.
