This company should be investigated. They steal your money be taking duplicate payments from your account, and ignore your letters of complaint. I look forward to them being found guilty of theft by the courts.

I had an account with them, tomcat was forever going down and having to be restarted, until one day when they lost everything! After about 3 months they were able to send out a DVD of recovered stuff from a backup. I decided to move to a different hosting company, and cancelled my account via e-mail and fax. The following week they took the money from my CC and are refusing to give it back. I am currently seeking legal advice, give these shysters a wide berth!

1. Setup is very late (about 3 days)
2. Customer support is realy rude and bad.
3. They are not stick on with their agreements.
4. I wanted to cancel my account in their cancellation time, but they don't want to except and still trying to get money for one year.
IF YOU WANT TO USE THIS SERVICE, DO BE CAREFULL !

ukhost4u are a very good host IMHO. The server I am on has had one hardware fail since I joined them, and this has been the only real problem I had. They fixed this and had my site up and running in less than 1 hour from me spotting the problem. The support has been very good for me, with no issues with contacting them or delays in replies. Their user/customer forum has answers to 99% of the most common/basic questions asked, and other customers ready to help newbies with coding and site issues. All in all I have no complaints about this host at all, and the cost of hosting with them is VERY good.

Excellent host. Been using for a couple of years now and found them helpful, either by e-mail or on the 'phone. Had one billing error which was corrected immediately and I've just recommended them to a friend for the setting up of a site to be transferred in from a previous host. Brilliant support by e-mail and 'phone for someone who at that stage wasn't even a customer. Overall, good support and easy to use.
