I purchased an annual VPS account with Bliksem 9 days ago. I am still not able access my server. They keep say they have sent the details but the domain isn't even active. Best I can hope for now is a refund and move to a decent host. Will update if a refund is ever obtained, or the server ever actually is activated.

i wouldnt touch them with a 40ft pole. Really bad experiences with them. The owner (Jav) is a real tool also.

Never pay them anything but monthly and their moneyback guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on.
We paid for package on annual basis and were dissatisfied with Support. -So cancelled on 7th day after signup.
-They aceepted cancellation and then never refeunded our money! Over U$470.
They suckered us in with deal like double space and bandwidth if you pay annual and then robbed us.
