Everything that is automated works: cPanel, Fantastico etc. but the customer support is nonexistent. You will not get anything that requires human intervention - it is probably a one-man company.
Advice for those of you who already dumped money into Plughost.com: their downtimes are often because of DNS problems and you can still access your site through the "Temporary Web Path" provided in one of the confirmation mails. A workaround is to make a proper redirection at your domain name registrar instead of parking the domain at Plughost. It's not much but at least you will get something for your money already spent.
Ah, and backup your site OFTEN.

worst hosting provider EVER, their servers are down at the moment for over 10 days. no response of the support team is given. it's a scam, nothing more.

They are asshole scam people, who are lotting money from people..
they are shit of my dog... grabbed my $$$... dont go for hosting with them... my site : digitalmafiaz.org was sucked by them...

They scammed me for $30 of egold.I wish i just invested egold somewhere with highest risk rather then spend it on their service.Service??What service.Its been three days and still no word.My accoutn isnt activated and payment isnt showing as paid! Stay away from this assholes! What a scam! :(
