It took PlugHost a week to set up my account after numerous emails. PlugHost was running a specical to double the bandwidth and storage advertised on their website, which I did not recieve. Tech support is non existent. They claim tech support will respond in 30 minutes. I did not receive a response until THREE DAYS later. PlugHost claims to offer "All of the plans are equipped with 30-day unconditional money back guarantee. If our services did not exceed your expectations, we will refund you immediately. No questions asked." I have been trying for a week to get a refund with no results. To say the least the company has failed every expectation I require in a hosting company.

I register domain in pluhost but until 4 days mydomain not activated.
No respon from ticket support.
Very Bad Hoting service.
Don't not use their service.
PLUGHOST are Scam.

My account was setup instantly, got the welcome Email and free domain from them after my signup.
They have good support. They usually respond to my Emails within few hours which is reasonable. The servers are extreamly fast and reliable. In fact my website is loading much more faster than my previous host and I did not notice any downtimes with them.
Now I am hosting my website with them for over 6 month and coudn't be happier.
I recommend plughost.com if you are looking for low cost reliable hosting company.

Bought package and received email stating that my new website would be resolved within 8 hours. Been a over day and still not accessible. Sent trouble ticket which was gauranteed to be answered within 30 minutes and never recieved reply. Policy states service gauranteed or your money back, no questions asked. Went to cancel and I was "required" to give reason for cancelling my service. Now I hope getting my money back will not be more of a problem.

instant account activation? what a joke. i haven't recieved one e-mail from plughost since my purchase. i had to get a refund from the checkout service. stay away from these guys unless you just want to waste money on NOTHING!
