I have been using 4DWebHosting for several months now, and I am very satisfied with their service. Great technical support, wonderful pricing/payment options, and great hosting features. The only problem I have is that the MembersCP is not very Dial-Up friendly. Besides that, it is a wonderful webhosting service, and I have recommended it to several people.

Hello,
I had posted a review below. Since I posted this review, the service provided from this host has marketedly declined. I've had numerous problems with emails bouncing from AOL, and some trouble tickets I submitted got no response.
Currently our email does not appear to be functioning. I'm lowering my rating for this host and may begin searching for a new one if their service does not improve quickly.

When I first got this service, it was great. The customer service was almost perfect, getting back to me in at most a few hours, and problems were easily solved. However, lately it's gone tremendously downhill, trouble tickets take forever to be answered now (so far, my current ticket has been sitting around for a day and a half with nothing), or when they are, from the reply it is obvious that the message was not read, or they're sending out generic replies to whatever is given to them. While I would love to say that this service is great, they've seemed to prove otherwise.

Ive only been with 4d for a few days now but any problems I have had have been delt with promply within mins of sending a email

Sou Cliente recente do 4d, mas ao contrário de outras empresas similares, aqui encontrei um rápido apoio técnico, sempre disponíveis, e com alto grau de profissionalismo.
Estou Bastante contente com o 4d.
