Very impressed with the level of service. Although technical server problems have been a bit of a hassle, resulting in our website being down. These issues are resolved quickly. Very easy to use admin section. Overall a very good company to use, I have recommended them to all my clients/friends, and many have signed up.

TERRIBLE!!!!! I kept getting past due notices from them after having paid the account two weeks prior. I submitted four trouble tickets, I sent emails, and provided them copy after copy of my receipt for payment. Not only did they not process ANY trouble tickets, they did not respond to ONE of my emails and then SUSPENDED my PAID account. I have filed complaints with the appropriate agencies and plan to sue for damages to my company for their inept service. Service? WHAT A JOKE.

Reliablity is good - and there is nothing more important than that. Control panel does not allow for site editing, but uploading is easy. Support leaves something to be desired, but they do eventually reply. I have a lot of questions and technical requests, and they have responded to every one of them with a solution-based approach. I am in the process of moving my other websites to 4d. Overall, they provide quality hosting.

The greatest hosting site ever. Been with them for quite some time 5 years or so and the service has always been excellent. I think in the past 5 years I have experienced one time when the server was down, and it was down less then an hour.
If your looking for a place to host 4d is the place to do it, great user interface, easy to configure and setup, and like it should be EVERYTHING WORKS!!!!

I moved my website to 4DWebhosting last year after a very frustrating experience with NavMonkey.net. After just over one year of service, I have nothing but good things to say about the reliability, service, and tech support that 4DWebhosting provides. I am not a programmmer and they have promptly and cheerfully bailed me out of more than one sticky situation that has been my fault. I give them two thumbs up - more if I had 'em.
