I have an account for just over a month, and I've been robbed by 4Dwebhosting. First month payment made,and up and running instancely, then I decided I would upgrade, and send in payment for the upgrade and another monthly payment, thru Paypal. Now they upgraded my account, but... now I get overdue payment emails, for the old, and now they said they never got my payments. I addressed them for 12 days ago,with all transaction #'s and still they will not answer me, nor fix this issue, now they are going to suspend my account. I investigated this company and there are no correct listing for this company everything is a scam, I am contacting their isp as well, and the company they get there resellers from, someone needs to be accountable. I am now putting in a Freud complaint to paypal. Yes there's someone taking our money but there is no customer service, or care. If you notice there's no address or contact info about this company's location either, and their info with Paypal is fake too. I am so upset, That others can take advantage this way. I do not recommend 4dwebhosting....

Terrible, absolutely terrible. I gave them a few chances, after several unanswered support tickets... Then more and more problems started to arise as time went on. problems in their account upgrade script prevented me from upgrading my hosting (even though they kept my money) and now I am sitting here with several months of hosting paid to them without the service they promised...
If you use 4D Web Hosting, you will get scammed, stolen from, and never ever helped when you need it. I tried tolerating it, but that was the last straw.

I am changing my review of 4d Web Hosting. When I first signed up, trouble tickets were responded to promptly. The last two trouble tickets I have posted took an insanely large amount of time to respond to. This year I did not receive any notification for domain renewal, so it slipped my mind and the domain expired. I logged in to renew it, got double billed for the domain renewal (resolved with 2CheckOut immediately), but my domain name still has not been renewed. For something that should have been done 'within 24 hours' as advertised, as of this writing, this is hour 40. I posted the trouble ticket after the first 24 hours, and am still waiting on a response or a resolution.

Very impressed with the level of service. Although technical server problems have been a bit of a hassle, resulting in our website being down. These issues are resolved quickly. Very easy to use admin section. Overall a very good company to use, I have recommended them to all my clients/friends, and many have signed up.

TERRIBLE!!!!! I kept getting past due notices from them after having paid the account two weeks prior. I submitted four trouble tickets, I sent emails, and provided them copy after copy of my receipt for payment. Not only did they not process ANY trouble tickets, they did not respond to ONE of my emails and then SUSPENDED my PAID account. I have filed complaints with the appropriate agencies and plan to sue for damages to my company for their inept service. Service? WHAT A JOKE.
