Been with POWWEB for three years, their customer service and billing service needs improvement. They are forever deactivating my accounts and then because they are west coast I have to wait till 10am to contact someone to resolve the issue. They always act as if they did nothing wrong?? Now they have reduced the pricing for new customers, and since I am an existing customer I have to renew at the higher old rate or move. Which is what brought me to this site...

I've been with PowWeb for several years now and it just doesn't compare with any other web hosts... I HIGHLY recommend PowWeb.

Having hosted with multiple companies I have come to the conclusion that powweb is definitely #1. The level of support and hosting package is awesome and the forum community is like a brotherhood.
I highly recommend this great company to everyone, its really nice to know that your website will be functioning at optimal speed and with 99.9% uptime :)
