Downtimes are extremely high for this web hosting provider, and support is also quite poor. Dedicated host owners are not compensated for downtimes (often spanning more than 4 or 5 days) - a host to be avoided.
I made the mistake of hosting my web hosting company with managed, and I have lost 70 web hosting customers this week alone due to down times - AVOID at all costs!
