I transferered some domains to aplus.net. They were not clear on theri forwarding policies adn when I asked to have a domain forwarded I was told it is $8.95 per year per domain. The company I transferred from and the one I want to transfer to both offer free forwarding. Because I am within the 60 day window, they are refusing to release my domains. I am a dissatisfied customer. If they had world-class, or even basic customer service policies, they would release my domains as I am so visibly unhappy. People should be made aware of their policies when they sign up. Unless you are parking domains, you need them transferred somewhere. So, what looks like an inexpensive service, suddenly becomes twice the price. Caveat Emptor!
