Frozen Midnight is without a doubt the greatest host out there. I have had a few hosts in the past that have let me down. They dont have the same features as Frozen Midnight. A lot of them dont care about there customers as much as Frozen Midnight does. They are there to help you at all times. They also have a fantastic feature named fantastico in which you are able to create multiple galleries, polls, surveys, forums and a ton of other great things! One of the other great features is the mysql databases. You can also backup you gallery which can assure you that you will not lose all your stuff if something happens. Frozen Midnight has been wonderful, so if your looking for the right host, I assure you Frozen Midnight is PERFECT!
