Great uptime, excellent and friendly support, lots of server-side languages (they might even install one for you ;-) and all that for free? perfect host!
And btw, probably the only free host on the web supporting ColdFusion.

This is the greatest hosting I've ever found, I've tried about 12 different services and this is the only one with an excellent support, support of the newest technologies.
And with an excellent uptime.
