They have so many added features I was paying extra for at my last host but are getting free here. They are very quick to respond to any of my questions and are always professional about it. My last host made me feel like I didn't know what I was doing which in many cases is probably correct but LFC was always sensitive to my lack of knowledge in some areas and actually took the time to walk me through some features I was unsure of. I can't say enough about this company and have recommended them several times already and will continue to recommend them.

A few months ago I took my own linux server off-line. With my limited knowledge, I just no longer felt comfortable trying to keep the server updated and running on my own. I decided it would be better to let a "professional" handle the server and I could just worry about maintaining the website. To make a long story short, I got the runaround by 2 hosts, signed up with LFC and another webhost, the other guy was faster getting things on-line so I decided to go with them. I had double checked all my requirements with them and they were more than happy to accomodate. Until I put in my first trouble ticket that I could not get my subdomain working properly because it wasn't routing ALL traffic to my home PC (Gaming, etc..) only the http was routing. They used cached data to prove I had set up the DNS wrong and once I proved it was cached, they then told me they could not accomodate that. I moved everything to LFC the same day and pointed the DNS. Within 3 hours, the DNS was fully set and suddenly all the problems I'd been dealing with over the course of 3 different webhosts disappeared. Everything is working exactly as I wanted it to, first try. Thanks LFC!!!
