P4 Hosting is a budget hosting operation that lives up to the old adage: you get what you pay for. The prices are cheap, and the plans offer a lot for the money. The problem is that their servers are constantly experiencing problems and downtime. In the past month, I've had to email them several times regarding fixing downtime outages. Very unreliable and unsatisfactory.
